Thanks for the correction on the percentages.

Credit spreads is selling time decay on options and can be used in any type of market IF you are correct on the general direction. It is directional trading which is what most people do anyway.

You can do a bull-put spread if you are bullish or a bear-credit spread if you are bearish.
