Yes, but you have to create enough cash flow to repay the debt. One of the main reasons they are repaying the bank debt is because the covenant defaults would have accelerated the bonds. These guys are in huge trouble. The big question is whether they will be able to secure new customers and maintain their base with what now appears like a highly leveraged capital structure.
