Exactly. And we all know why they can't be fired, too!

I've thought often that we COULD start threads on some of our experiences with several "workers"....

ie. Government workers Federal, State and Local....

ie. Telephone companies ....

i.e. Insurance Companies.....

i.e. etc....I'm sure the list is endless

At least we could alert others to some of our experiences,

exhale some of the steam we have generated by trying to deal with incompetent nayrods of negativity,

and the best of all....perhaps, just perhaps....maybe the WSJ or some other well known media will actually notice enough and do some investigative reporting on their own....

We'd all WIN, instead of lose continually....

“The thing that makes the problem worse is all the government workers cannot be fired ...no matter how poorly they treat the people.”

Now just a minute. That's a virtue when a job opened up with the County Housing Authority here. That was one of the selling points for me, and one of the reasons why I am in the process of submitting an application this week. Enough pay, barely, 14 paid holidays, 2 floaters, 2 weeks vacation at end of first year, 12 sick days a year with unlimited accumulation of unused days. Those aren't too bad for a low level job. Oh yeah, I've been unemployed all but 5 weeks since Dec 2nd, last year - good motivator, huh?

Look ladies, if you ever have need of my services ... er,...Housing Authority services that is, I'll treat you right and try to rekindle your faith in gov't worker bees. Of course , if I don't get the job, the deals off. Those bassturds will have to stumble through their jobs without me. screw em.
