In fact, more likely sooner now with MS's changes to licencing, basically forcing companies into subscriptions for Office, like it or not. This way companies that get new versions sent by MS under the subscription plan will be much more likely to install earlier than if they had to cost-justify an upgrade based on improved functionality. I know, 'cause I am one VERY resentful IS exec in this position. Come October, MS is going to find a lot of companies, grumbling or not, subscribing.

And similar changes to OS will force not so much desktop upgrades but certainly server ones.

MS feeling free to act like a monopoly again, it seems.

Cheers
