Hi Josh,

No problem.

Just my opinion. I do not like the government intervening in every aspect of our lives. Living in a free society means we accept risk and assume responsibility.
While I think your plan makes quite a bit of practical
sense. The philosophy allows the government to control any facet of our life that entails any degree of risk.

If it is as bad as they say perhaps it should be banned entirely.

Explain why you would exempt pipe tobacco. Wouldn't that be self-defeating for your plan?
