Mishedlo - Re: CERT I dont really know much about their technology, maybe they do have something special. Based on fundamentals, I give them ZERO chance of success. They are bleeding cash hard, they have about 5 quarters left. Their customer are having a very hard time and some are on deathrow: 724 Solutions, Aether Systems, BellSouth Wireless Data, Motorola, Palm, Inc., PUMATECH, Inc. and QUALCOMM. I see no chance of buyout here in current market conditions. I advise to pass on this long play. Michail
