JNJ has a transdermal contraceptive (big, big bucks!) currently pending before FDA, and in all likelihood will receive approval before long.

I would be extremely careful about making decisions based on TA alone under these circumstances.

AMAT up 1/2 q buck from its low this morning on Instinet. So much for a weak B2B. With MRK preannouncing, jnj may go down in sympathy. I may re-enter the short. We'll see. J really ramped with the Dow yesterday then closed below my stop
