Brian, I'm glad you're not rowing to Delaware. <g> When I hear the term tropical storm, I think nice summer rainfall to cool things down. Or, at least I used to think that way. Now I think hurricane in disguise. I don't remember them having names before, either. Can't these idiots tell the names are giving the storms attitude? <G>

I remember when all hurricanes had women's names, but the women's groups protested. I feel like they made a mistake. After all, men have had wars after them, The Napolenonic Wars, King Philip's War, Caesar's Gallic Wars, The War of Jenkins Ear, etc. That is power. But, hey, hurricanes are even more power.
