I don't expect NASDAQ de-listing will be an issue with Infospace. It only becomes a concern when the share price falls below $1 for more than a month and even then there are a number of other contingencies that will bear influence. Even if a stock is booted from NASDAQ, NASDAQ SmallCap is a viable alternative for quite a few companies instead of the dreaded OTC-BB.
