It's smart to jump on those strong buy recs tha come when a sector just sold off hard. There is virtually no risk. We're talking a trade here of course.

Pre market buys of any optics, on the JDSU s.b. rec, and with futures okay, was just plain smart.

Just like the alternative energies yesterday. All were great buys on that Weisel call. FOR trades only! They're down already, today. Jack be nimble.
