I am not sure you can find a new CEO just like that for a company like NT and the state that it has found itself in ........ This new CEO decision is incredibly important and will require combination of extensive hunting & luck. It is not going to be easy to find someone who can take such high-tech company with the amount of financial/operational restructuring that is going to be required.... In fact i can't think of anyone who can take this job on and expect that person to smoothly reverse the problems. Luck will have to be a critical factor.
