Selling Drug stocks? Buying tech? age old pattern?

Naz and Dow diverging, imho we are only seeing $ rotation, while its my op/ed, its a pattern that seems to repeat over and over. May want to use the "spook dip" (could last/take days?)as buying op for tech...i am, with caution, with fairly tight stops of course.
