GV, I was going to mention that hedge clause as well.

BTW, did you read the WSJ article a week or so ago about GOTO and the coincidence of ML's downgrade and ML not being selected to lead manage an offering?

The ML spokesperson said that Henry Blodget had no idea that ML was vying for the deal. He may not have known the specifics, but I would bet he was aware that something was up.
