Iso,

I am also still holding Lundin and plan to keep it. The release you posted is the only one I have seen that says the present stockholders get one share in the new company for each share they currently hold. I assume that this is so, since the stock trades above the $3.43 for the TLM offer. The only problem is that the new company will trade only in Stockholm for now. I think the Sudan legislation may be vetoed by Bush, but then who knows. Considering how liberal country Sweden is, Lundin might have to move their headquarters to France. <g>

best, Seppo

One great deal for you! Wish I had not sold mine. Bot KGC with proceeds, so I am still waiting for my ROE. Nice pop in the PMs on the military alert, etc. Bet RTN shoots up next week. Wanted to buy some today but I passed on the chance. Probably my big mistake. Saw HDWR made a good rally today, before I could get a position. Just ready to get a quote and saw it go by on the ticker, up 10%. Maybe I'll get a chance for it again next time. Old fav WGOV keeps dropping a little each day. Sold about a month ago. Wish the gulf war would wait till end of July, would like to re-enter WGOV right before the end of builds, before the next quarter report, before the big trouble in the gulf. Would be nice if it all came together for WGOV all at the same time! Maybe?

Just to ask your opinion here: What is your opinion in general for the home builders? Do you think the stock prices for them will keep rising till the fed raises rates or what? I do not plan to invest in them now, just thinking about next cycle, if ever. Are we to see a slow drop in new housing; or an abrupt stop at the next rate hike, whenever that happens? It is so like the OSX, when the demand drops will kill the home market. Just do not know what will kill the increase in demand. Permits in my area were up again in May and early June, due to the easing interest rates. Most of the rest of the state saw decreasing demand.

Have a great weekend.
Later;
