Art, yesterday there were equal numbers of buyers and sellers on NTOP, by definition, and it went down a lot. So the buyers clearly were not willing po pay much and the sellers were willing to sell for less. Simple economics.

Today, the volume with two hours to go is already much more than what it was yesterday and the stock rarely is down more than 4% and sometimes is green.

I see that as an improvement and wonder if the sellers (or shorters) will be done some day or will the buyers give up first.

Since I have no idea who is buying (or covering) I hazard no guesses but I have orders in under the bid at prices I would be willing to pay.

Fair enough?

Speaking of IDT, the odd dance continues to see if the gap between share classes will widen or narrow. At this moment, it is narrowing. The volume of B shares seems to be more than of the common.

I ask a question.

Assume some of you will want to sell 1000 shares some day. Would you tend to sell one class or both on the same day. I know we can do the math, but it almost feels cleaner to sell 1000 shares with a basis of $20 by selling 1000 of the common at 12.2 and 1000 of the class B at 11.8 and declare you made $4 on the damn deal.

Of course, some may argue selling class B makes more sense since Jonas may want to buy back only common. Others would sell the common since they get more cash and still others would play arbitrage by selling common and buying B cheaper.
