14:09 ET Siebel Systems (SEBL) 42.46 -2.30 (-5.1%): Trading floor rumor that several customers are experiencing technical problems with SEBL installations. One buy-side source telling us that SEBL technical glitches are nothing new, and have never prevented company from making numbers in the past b/c of strength of company's sales force.
