Indeed. Zero tolerance! And his girls should receive whatever the required punishment is under the law. They should be treated no differently than any other teenager who screwed up in similar fashion. JLA

As for President Bush's zero-tolerance laws for minors in possession of alcohol. I whole heartily agree.
