Be interesting to see what the Dems will try, to prevent Bush from getting that much. Defense spending request could be in for a tough go though probably not as much opposition as for the proposal to drill ANWAR. Don't get me wrong. I support both of those priorities and hope we get them. Like Defense area very much LT. Maybe I'm wrong. It's been know to happen<g>. But think I can reload cheaper than where I bailed . RTN already down from where I sold it, as is RTI. KGC on the other hand did nicely today, with a good close. So it's just steady as she goes here. Cash now 59% (toward the hi end of the span I use for trading range markets) If I thought we were going to significant new lows in my fav sectors? Cash would be up in the 70-80% area. Cheers, Isopatch
