The prosecutor, all the emergency personal called out on this case have all stated that they have never ever seen anything like it in their entire careers. Next to the father scalping his 4 yr old daughter last month, this is the worst. In case ya'll didn't hear, the man was shot by a police officer and the little girl is doing very well. She'll have scars but according to the plastic surgeon, they think that they will hardly be noticable in a few years. PB
