Well things have changed. Now days the kids buy kegs. Never got a confession out of any of them to understand how or where, what with the deposit and all. Then they sell tickets to anyone, to have a party in a house where no adult is present. Cops often show up to take care of the mess in the streets, the kids, coming and going and making noise but they don't go into the houses. The kids know there rights and think that by the time the police would get a warrant they could get rid of all the beer. Profits are about $100 per keg.
