TE, They can't trade the information unless you make it available in one way or another. You had to share that information with someone before it can be traded. That is carelessness on the individual's part. If you don't know how to find the cookies in your computer, and delete the ones you don't want to be known, check out "98 for Dummies", or a similar book for Macs. You are in control of your information. If it gets out, it is your fault, and no one elses. It is your job to protect it, not the government's. You want the government to correct your own personal failings. It ain't gonna happen, nor should it.
