The OSX chart sure looks likes some funds needed to be out of the patch by the end of the quarter. Do mutual funds need to reveal their holdings every three months? Perhaps some other institutions have limitations on % in any sector? I really have no idea what the driver would be. A bottom in December, March, June, and I hope in July. I am not concerned with the API data being bearish, but the AGA data could be responded to irrationally. Anybody loading the boat before the quarter ends? I am about 50% loaded.
