dunno. i suspect much of it is dark. the only reason i mentioned it was because someone doubted the statistic i posted that china has installed 30 million km of fiber. there were over 50 million km of fiber installed in the u.s. just last year alone, so i don't see the 30 million km figure for china as all that absurd.
