Gentlemen,
Is this tax rebate a zero sum game? In other
words either the government spends the money, consumers spend the money or the government reduces the debt which frees up $ to be invested.

My gut tells me that we need more confidence in the ability of the new team to lead us out of the woods. So far they seem kind of stunned by whats going on around them.
