It's the energy industry which pulled off the LOOTING, GOUGING and ROBBERY. Only the Federal not the state governments have power to stop it. And it's not just in California. Are the Midwest and Rocky Mt. Republican governors also to blame? You over-estimate the power of states when the energy industry decides to cut off their power unless they pay 500% more all of a sudden.
