Hi Ga, how have you been? Are your peaches in yet? We're still getting S.C. peaches...I can't believe that. Even if you use regular milk, do try substituting the whipping cream for 1 cup. It does make it taste like chocolate mouse. You can play around with the recipe, like any good cook does..substitue ice cream and freeze it, or use peanut butter chips instead of the chopped toffee pieces. Yes, it is very pretty, but when you serve it, it isn't quite as attractive...let everyone serve themselves, or you serve it and add a touch of additional whipped cream and a mint leaf. It is so good, no one notices if it isn't pretty... Are you going to the Gulf any time soon?
