But he hasn't offered any predictive tools, so there is nothing to dispute.

I'm afraid that John expected his comment of looking at the CFZ thread, and another, was his offering of predictive tools.
I on the other hand did offer an excellent tool for predicting the market. In this short time I have started using this; I have saved 22% of my capital.
I'm afraid that people have a problem viewing the market in the right perspective. My tool(T) has taught me that the market can't be viewed in a physics point of view. The market must be viewed in a quantum physics point of view. The reason is that there are too many variables that effect our investments. And those variables have too many variables. Thus, we cannot pin down any laws as specific absolutes. Yes, as in quantum physics, our companies will very highly likely end up at that point inwhich we expect them to grow. But also, in quantum physics; will we be destroyed in the path they must take to get there? And there is also the variable that one or more of our companies will never obtain that point which we expect them obtain...but this is not likely.
I have also noticed a lack of thinking in some responses. I fear this is mostly fatigue and frustration from our short term investing misfortune. I can only give more grace when I see this. And know that these people are more intelligent...they're just having a tough time now.
If you all would like to know a little more about my "T". I will be happy to discuss it. I do know this. Everybody using that right now is pulling their hair out trying to predict where the market is going this next week. We are at a critical point... Anything can happen...
