Tax rebates , kids buying computers for B-2-school , oh
this should be a strong argument to get
into Apple CPQ GTW and Dell. But wait ...

(so what happened to the analyst's they were going to
wheel out after the B2B ?)

Dan Niles made his case here ...If Windows XP worth wait, why buy a PC now ?
(cause they are cheap , or will get cheaper? )

>>>On top of everything else, month end window dressing coming by the end of the week! <<<

that is the most influential thought I see as, triple witch showed a big turn this month....the quarter is over and big money moves the market...

Micro managing out personal portfolios is the only thing we can do...having LT thoughts is wrought with risk. I am getting very tired of trading day by day even week to week...it is as hard now as it has ever been....what we feel in our gut isn't reassuring enough. The gains for sticking your neck out aren't always enough to offset volatility.

there are very few "unstrung" hero's left in this brutal world...just practicing my malapropisms

I only have a few thoughts....although the tech economy has been contracting from a high of 5%+ GDP for over 12mos...the fact is our economy will continue to grow regardless of current business slow downs....the period between slow down and acceleration are always difficult for stock market speculation...I keep hearing from 20-30 yr veterans they have never seen such volatility....it pains me to be bearish for more than a day let alone a week...that's just me...I started my first business from nothing in '75 the height of the double digit inflation and interest rates...I think I may have been effected for life???

The point is we are in a period of extreme flux, opportunity call it what you like...I see things going forward MORE promising....although difficult to buy low when the market appears to be dead...IT IS NOT...if it's a month or 6 months or a a few years these are times none of us should forget...let's get through it...whatever it takes day to day...even minute to minute...I chide no'one!
