Michail I think it goes without saying that most of these stocks trading near their highs are going to give the outwardly appearance of having decent fundamentals... especially if they're profitable. By the time deteriorating fundamentals of a stock are widely known... it is usually far from its highs.

With that in mind I've taken the liberty of running a basic scan for high PE stocks that are within 25% of their yearly high. Here are the results:

Stocks within 5% of their 52 week high and a current PE over 50: MTON TARO
Stocks within 5% of their 52 week high and currently losing money: FLWS IPIC XOMA DLIA CSTR SLVN

Stocks within 5 to 10% of annual high w/ PE over 50: CEFT EBAY APOL
Stocks within 5 to 10% of annual high w/ no PE: POSS KOSP ACTN AEN

10-15% of high, w/ PE over 50: LPNT GNSS NVDA ADVP
10-15% of high, w/ no PE: EXPE RAD MEDC ILXI GENI CHTR SKIL

15-20%, PE > 50 : THQI PDLI IDPH

20-25%, PE > 50 : CHIR MVSN ATVI EXBD
20-25% of yearly range, no PE: BBI

There are others I'm sure, but these are off my watchlist. I especially like the two highlighted in bold.
