Bush now trying to cut social programs and tell religions they ought to take over caring for the poor. Terrible idea. Like "1000 points of Light" never works, esp when guys like Cheney only give 1% to charity. Separation os church and state is also in jeopardy here. Makes churches responsible for social programs the anti-compassionate Republicans don't want to pay for. A-holes. What sheer disgusting politics. Bush is Reagan without the charmisma or Cold War to win. He has nothing to offer anyone except the rich and pollutors. Okay maybe Jerry Falwell and his followers are happy tonight.
