California doesn't want power plants so they buy power from Texas. Then they laugh at Texas because of the air quality from the plants. Then California wants the power for less than cost and when the price moves up to average retail they scream RAPE GOUGE BUGGERY. We could trade California for Quebec but Canada doesn't want them and that's sad.
