Hi Cyberjas, I've been gone for a few days, so trying to decypher IFTP's financial web of creative accounting just isn't on my list of priorities. Maybe before or during a run, I look at SEC stuff, but after an R/S I don't bother. There are certain stocks that I've seen mentioned sooo many times and have run so many times on their way down to oblivion, that I simply don't pay attention to them or participate in them. That goes double for stocks with a blind faith, cult-like following -- usually on RB. IFTP/IFTA is one of them. Most of the ones I used to "love to hate" are pink sheets now. They were such total P&D POS that they didn't even dare file with the SEC. I'm guessing that 9 months from now, most of the people who have money to lose and are stupid enough to buy stuff like this will be too busy reading want ads to be speculating in POS stocks like this one.
