If IFCI makes it over $5 please post (assuming you are following this story). Looks like a slam dunk short.

This company had so much promise and management has just pissed it all away.....sad.

There are put options in IFCI too.

Although this is floorless, it does appear to cap the number of shares that can be purchased at 509,554.

If I am reading it correctly, then it doesn't fall into the death spiral category.
