They would be debt free, Dr. The redeemables aren't debt actually..they are equity that amounts to eventual dilution. Its the 50 million plus in senior debt that is a danger.A REAL danger.

If an IPO happens after 5 years from iNEXTV's birth, part of it could be spun off to shareholders tax free.That would be a happy day if it should ever happen because it would mean AXC and iNEXTV had survived, that the market was again sympathetic to streamers, and that axc longs would participate in iNEXTV's promising fortunes.
