I knew that an internet lottery provider could get the 5 to 6% commission paid to your corner Quiky Mart vendor, but it just occurred to me that they also get whatever the state has to pay Gtech or Autotote. I have no idea of what arrangement GTK, et al have with the states. But even with discounted commissions, a combination lottery vendor/provider has to get at least 10% of each lotto ticket sold. And I believe the world lotto market is $180 billion NOW, and internet products will certainly boost sales.

Plus add on fees for lotto player data bases, online ads, etc...
