Cuban law. Never enforced. No one has ever been indicted. A stupid out-dated Cold War law put there by irrational rightwing hateful Miami Cubans. If we started spending there Castro would disappear. Everyone knows it but we keep up this idiotic embargo, punishing Castro's people but not he or his inner circle. They live like dogs in the streets over there. And the unhappier they are the more repressive the cops become. By the way, the rallies you see on Tv from Havana, all staged. People are forced to go. Nobody gives a shit about their government down there. They just want food to eat. The whole Elian Gonzanlez situation was really stupid too. On both sides. Kids like that are a dime a dozen runnign the streets like packs of dogs. Family down there means very little because sex is the only recreation people can afford and so girls tend to get pregnant early and often without love or marriage having anything to do with it.
