I love it -- I have far more NABI than anyone should have. So I finally can expect to get out of something with a profit. If it can keep going up for a while (and if I don't get too greedy) there is a chance I could have the resources I would need to live in the style I'd like to become acustomed to.

This is a good move for NABI. But note that they are now going from a profitable biotechnology company to a real biotechnology company.....

They shed the liability associated with human blood products and they get cash to fund their vaccine development. But they now have to make the vaccines work.

Once this divestiture is complete, they would appear to make a nice snack for a larger company with a vaccine businesss.
