SB, You are right. We do share concerns about ML, but, in this case, I was primarily focused on the writer's creativity.

To me, the timing of the downgrade was just a surrender on Kraemer's part. If you put a Neutral/Accumulate on a stock, you don't have to worry about price targets and if the stock goes up, you can say you had a long-term Accumulate on the stock.
