Article by Tom Kurlak (remember him), the former Merrill Lynch semiconductor analyst who was usually bearish on INTEL.
Bullish now. Also taking shots at his old firm's recommendation (today) of lessor know semiconductor stocks instead of the proven names...see last line in the story.

Tony, All, couple more positive articles about Intel/Compaq deal. Even Peck had something good to say. IMO, this deal further validates Intel's long-term prospects. If not for a bear market, market valuation of intel deserved to jump today.
