Ebays performance doesn't surprise me one bit.
>DULUTH, Minn., Jun 25, 2001 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- The home where singer/songwriter Bob Dylan spent part of his childhood has sold for $94,600 over the Internet auction site eBay.

The duplex was listed May 24 for a minimum $85,000. The bidding closed Saturday afternoon.

Dylan's family moved from the home when he was just 6.

The house was sold by Kathleen Burns of Lexington Park, Md., who had been renting out the property since 1996. The buyer has been identified only as "Srueff."

Local Dylan experts likely were surprised by the winning bid. They had predicted Burns would get only "high $60s" for the property.

When he was 6, Dylan's family moved to Hibbing, Minn., where he lived until graduating from high school in 1959.
