"FYI - The case exists. Docket C01-0787 Infotopia and Daniel Hoyng vs Lycos, RagingBull.com and John Does 1-12.

The local MASS chapter of the ACLU was contacted. No response as yet.

I have an email into EFF as well alerting them.

Lots of other stuff going on in the background. Will keep you guys posted.
