Why did Clinton wait until the last hours of his presidency to issue so many executive orders wrt the environment? Why not issue them in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, or 2000? If he had done so, earlier, I would buy into your praise of his environmental stance. Given the way he did in fact do it, I see him as nothing more than a political whore performing an eleventh hour a hatchet job. ~SB~
