Also, if we are about to see a prolonged slump in the economy, he who reissues options last will have the largest value, yes?

Hang on... maybe Cisco will end up with the most generous pay scheme of them all.

It all depends -- some like to work for $$$'swhile
others want to work on challenging technologies, while
other for fun or fame ...

We can argue the same for Juniper, last year when its
stock was around/above $200, lots of folks at juniper
made millions. but those who joined juniper last year
are "not" happy with the option price.
