AMCC said that 80% of business comes from US. The Euro slowdown really had nothing to do with warning. I think the comment will hurt the Nasq for sometime. Now if Greenface (since he been cutting away and must be pale when market does not respond) does not cut or even a 25 basis point drop, look out below.

AMCC had this to say and it aint prudy...The loss excludes anticipated restructuring and other special charges.
"Current business conditions continue to be very poor," said CEO Dave Rickey. "New order activity has remained weak throughout the quarter, and our overall backlog has declined. The magnitude of this downturn is greater than we, or our customers, anticipated, and the progress in reducing excess inventory in the channel appears to be slower than they originally thought."
