TE, IMO, it is still a foolish way to spend any governmental entity's money when there are so many people that could make better use of it. You seem to have missed the point that, if they are going to allow something like this, where is the limit?? Where do they stop using tax payer's money for questionable procedures?? Where are the rights of those tax payers who do not wish to subsidize such aberrant procedures?? Sounds like you are too much in favor of deviant actions being subsidized by public funds. I'll bet you would throw a fit if they wanted to use one dime on psychiatric help for a homosexual that wanted to go straight. I am a bit one sided in my thinking, but you go all the way.
