I think that Mendoza's case is more impacted by the timing of tax related issues from options as well as possible margin calls, rather than his lack of belief in the future of the company.

In any event, the major thing that bothers me has been the relentless insider selling in this company

I believe all the major tech companies are seeing lots of insider selling now. People gotta make the payments on those M5's/S600's etc ya know. :-)

It is comforting to think that insiders know where the stock is going, and we can auger the direction by simply watching their moves. But the discomforting truth is they know as little as you and I know. Tom Mendoza is only human, and is, like the rest of us, just guessing.
