what an amazing fallacy in the first part

i.e. what was the real game plan

and if he realized why two kay was a myth, why didn't he reverse when he could have....

i think that likely will be the historical focus point down the road

or it might have been a cover story for a sector already in trouble and needing a boost.... now. no why two kay.
