JIm i guess they don't always state why they're selling. hell most of these tech stocks have insider sales on this rally up from April. Ciena operating in a really tough environment right now i'd say, probably so.

who knows why this book is ranked 107 in sales at amzn? hint: before the buy 2 items get free shipping deal it was 5000+. ;-)
