As if Republicans don't use trial lawyers. That is all such a big slur and lie. If we didn't have the right to sue corporations could get away with doing anything to us including poisoning us, selling us trash, false advertising, you name it. People who attack trial lawyers are attacking a fundamental American right. To sue. And Republians do it just as much as Democrats. What attacks on trial lawyers really mean is big corporate fat cat soft money feeding Republicans trying to take away their customers right to sue even if your entire family is wiped out by their pollution, faulty product or negligence. Litigation rights should be limited to some degree but if you didn't haev them you might miss them some day. I myself got ripped off by a big corporation once, stealing ten years of work from me. Luckily I had to right to due so I got at least some of it back. Not a perfect system but lawyers are not the villain. And if they were you saw how many lawyers the GOP has working for them in Florida. They'd all be out of business too. Hypocritical BS.
