But it seems that the productive people are forever paying for the failed policies of the Democrats. Case in point the HMO's were a Kennedy idea and mandate. Now we are being asked to listen to his new idea. Of course he doesn't bother to mention that the evil HMO's are his mandate. Also the public school system has been destroyed by liberal Democrat ideas. Pass em along, no standards, violence in the class room . You name it it was their idea.
